User Data Deletion Instructions
This page provides a direct method for users of Rameswaram Karuvaadu to request deletion of personal data associated with website orders, WhatsApp OTP authentication or customer-support interactions.
How to request deletion
- Email care@rameswaramkaruvaadu.com with the subject Data Deletion Request – Rameswaram Karuvaadu.
- Include the mobile number and/or email address used with the website. If relevant, include an order number so we can locate the correct record.
- Do not send payment PINs, CVVs, card numbers or OTPs.
- We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your account from an unauthorised deletion request.
What we will do
After verification, we will delete or anonymise personal information that is no longer required for fulfilment, support, security, fraud prevention or legal/accounting/tax obligations. Some transaction records may need to be retained where law requires us to keep them.
WhatsApp / Meta-related data
If you used WhatsApp OTP authentication or WhatsApp customer support, include the mobile number used. We will process deletion of data under our control and, where applicable, follow the relevant service-provider processes for data held independently by those providers.
Processing timeframe
We aim to acknowledge valid requests promptly and process them within a reasonable period, normally within 30 days where legally and operationally possible. We will tell you if additional verification or a legal retention requirement affects the request.
