The website is operated by Lemurian Ventures Private Limited, trading as Rameswaram Karuvaadu. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked from this page.

2. Products and availability

Product descriptions, pack sizes, prices and stock availability are displayed on the website and may be updated from our ERP inventory. Images are illustrative; natural food products may vary in size, colour and appearance.

3. Food information and allergies

Our products may contain or come into contact with fish, shellfish, seafood, salt, spices and other ingredients. Customers are responsible for reviewing product information and avoiding products that are unsuitable for their dietary or allergy requirements.

4. Pricing, taxes and charges

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website. Applicable taxes, delivery fees and other charges, where relevant, are shown before payment. We may correct obvious pricing or listing errors before fulfilment and will contact you if an order is affected.

5. Orders

An order is subject to stock availability, serviceability, successful payment where applicable, and our acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be fulfilled because of stock, address, courier, legal or food-shipping restrictions.

6. Payments

Online payments may be processed through Razorpay or another approved payment provider displayed at checkout. We do not ask customers to share card PINs, CVVs or OTPs with our staff. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping, processing and delivery timelines are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Timelines are estimates and can be affected by courier disruptions, weather, holidays, remote locations or regulatory restrictions.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

9. Customer accounts and OTP

Order lookup may use your mobile number and a WhatsApp OTP. You are responsible for keeping your phone and OTP secure and must not share authentication codes with others.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, submit fraudulent orders or use automated methods that disrupt normal service.

11. Intellectual property

Website branding, text, graphics, logos and original content remain the property of their respective owners and may not be commercially reproduced without permission.

12. Limitation and statutory rights
